Job summary

PMG HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to plan and coordinate renovation projects with contractors and internal teams in Kulai, Johor. You will prepare timelines, budgets, and schedules, conduct site visits and take measurements, and update floor plans when needed.

You will manage ordering and storage of renovation materials, ensure projects stay on time, and maintain documentation and reporting for progress and budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate renovation projects with contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare timelines, budgets, and project schedules.
• Conduct site visits and take measurements.
• Update floor plans when needed.
• Manage ordering and storage of renovation materials and gondolas.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and smoothly.
• Assist in managing renovation budgets and expenses.
• Track project costs and help control spending.
• Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BQ) from contractors.
• Support contractor and resource planning.
• Maintain proper records for renovation activities.
• Prepare progress and budget reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is updated and organized.
• Ensure renovation work follows safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor contractor work quality through inspections.
• Support a safe and quality working environment.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
