Job summary

Focus Point Vision Care Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordination Executive to support outlet renovation projects in Malaysia. You will liaise with architects, consultants, and runners, manage submission requirements and monitor timelines to ensure approvals and permits are secured.

You will maintain documentation, track progress, and update the Project Manager on delays or issues while coordinating multiple tasks and travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years in the project sector is an added advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant experience in project coordination, renovation, construction or administration is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow‑up skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with appointed architects, consultants and runners for drawings, documentation and submission requirements.
• Follow up with architects on the preparation, revision and completion of architectural and related drawings.
• Coordinate BOMBA drawing preparation, submission, revisions and approval.
• Coordinate and follow up on Local Council / PBT renovation permit applications, including document preparation and submission.
• Ensure all required drawings and supporting documents are complete and submitted to the relevant authorities within the timeline.
• Follow up on authority comments, additional requirements, revisions and resubmissions until approval is obtained.
• Maintain an updated tracker for drawings, submissions, approvals, permits and project status.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, quotations, submissions, correspondence, approvals and permits.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and highlight delays or issues.
• Assist the Project Manager with other coordination and ad‑hoc tasks when required.
