Job summary

PMG HEALTHCARE SDN. BHD. seeks a facilities project planner to develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate renovations with contractors, and ensure healthcare services run smoothly.

Responsibilities include budget tracking, preparing bills of quantities, creating renovation plans with timelines and floor plans, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• SPM with credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facilities or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities, ensuring tasks are tracked and completed.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades by working with support teams and contractors to maintain facilities and keep healthcare services running smoothly.
• Assist in preparing and managing budgets for renovation and maintenance activities, tracking spending, forecasting costs and finding ways to save money.
• Prepare a Bill of Quantities (BQ) from approved contractors at least once a year; review and assess these BQs for accuracy.
• Create detailed renovation plans with timelines, budgets and resource allocations; work with contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and with minimal disruption; conduct site assessments and gather measurements.
• Develop and revise floor plans as needed to align with objectives and compliance standards.
• Assist with ordering and storage of asset gondolas and related materials; coordinate with suppliers and monitor inventory.
• Keep accurate records of renovation and maintenance activities and prepare reports on progress and budgets; maintain documentation.
• Ensure renovation and maintenance work meets regulations, codes and safety standards; support safe healthcare environments.
