Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate with a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent for an administrative role in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience; experience in construction, renovation or fit-out is an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills are required. Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.
• Interest or experience in construction, renovation or fit-out is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project plans, schedules and renovation budgets.
• liaise with Landlord/Agents to define project requirements and objectives.
• Break projects into tasks with timelines and assign contractor duties.
• Review budgets and ensure the layout meets project standards.
• Monitor progress and handle issues; prepare and file legal paperwork.
• Attend site visits and support ad-hoc tasks as needed.
