Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in retail leasing or property management.
• Experience with lease negotiations and tenancy management.
• Strong analytical skills for financial justifications and site evaluations.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Own transport and willingness to travel outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure suitable retail spaces for expansion and leasing.
• Lead lease negotiations, including rental structures and tenancy terms.
• Prepare leasing proposals and financial justifications for management review.
• Conduct market and site analysis: footfall, catchment, competitor movements.
• Monitor tenancy performance: renewals, rent reviews, occupancy costs.
• Coordinate tenancy documentation with Legal, Finance, Operations and Project teams.
