• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail leasing or property management.
• Hands-on exposure to lease negotiations and tenancy management.
• Strong analytical skills for financial justifications and site evaluations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Expansion: identify, evaluate, and secure retail spaces; lead lease negotiations; present proposals for approvals; support expansion plans.
• Market & Site Analysis: analyze footfall, demographics, competitor presence and sales potential; benchmark rents and market trends.
• Tenant & Landlord Management: liaise with mall management; nurture relationships with landlords; monitor store performance and tenancy matters.
• Marketing & Promotions: support mall events and promotional spaces to drive footfall.
• Documentation, Reporting & Coordination: manage tenancy documentation; maintain leasing data and dashboards; collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations.
