Job summary

SSF Sdn Bhd, a leading living concept store and home living solutions provider in Malaysia with 42 showrooms, seeks a Leasing/Property Manager to drive retail expansion. You will identify locations, conduct market research, and liaise with landlords to secure favorable terms.

You will prepare tenancy agreements, monitor expiry dates, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth outlet setup and operation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in leasing, retail expansion, or property management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and well organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Willing to travel for site visits and business discussions when required
• Experience in retail or furniture industry will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and propose suitable retail locations to support company expansion plans
• Conduct market research, site visits, and feasibility assessments for potential outlets
• Liaise and negotiate with landlords, property agents, and mall management on leasing matters
• Prepare, review, and coordinate tenancy agreements and related leasing documentation
• Monitor tenancy expiry schedules and manage renewal negotiations in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and database for all tenancy agreements and leasing documents
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth outlet setup and operational readiness
• Support overall leasing administration and property management activities
