Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is seeking a proactive Pharmacist Manager to lead store operations and drive sales in Johor Bahru. You will supervise a team, ensure medication safety, and deliver high-quality patient counselling.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree with board registration, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluency in English and Malay. Training is provided for fresh graduates and relocation may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Proficiency in English and Malay; other languages are a plus.
• Retail experience not required as training is provided.
• Willing to relocate and work shift duties.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Commitment to medication safety and patient care.
• Fresh graduates may apply for PRP (Provisional Registered Pharmacist).

• Lead staff to achieve sales KPIs.
• Perform poison & inventory control and recording.
• Conduct internal and external training for professional development.
• Stay updated on market trends, medications and pharmacology findings.
• Participate in company promotional activities as required.
