Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy in Malaysia seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver excellent customer service while developing the pharmacy team.

You will review medications, supervise dispensing, manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote health services and products to meet community needs. Shift duties and relocation may be required; training provided for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy and Pharmacy Board of Malaysia registration.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred; training provided for newcomers.
• Willing to relocate and able to work shift duties.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Customer-focused with passion for community health.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication review, dispensing, health screening, consultation and counselling services
• Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with customers
• Manage and oversee outlet operation, aligning to branding & business strategy
• Promote range and category of products to fulfill customer needs
• Lead outlet staffs to achieve sales KPI
• Perform poison & inventory control
• Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues
• Perform internal and external training for continuous professional development
• Stay up to date on market trends i.e. medication, product knowledge and latest pharmacology finding
• Participate in company promotional activities as required
