Big Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking an executive-level Pharmacist in Malaysia to support the Pharmacist Manager in daily operations, advanced medication management, customer service excellence, health campaigns, and business reporting.

The role is customer-focused, with emphasis on dispensing, counselling, and maintaining regulatory compliance, while providing support across multiple operational areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand medical, nutrition, and diet needs.
• Provide basic health screenings.
• Counsel and advise clients on their medication regimens to improve health conditions.
• Screen prescriptions and dispense accurately.
• Recommend suitable health supplements.
• Assist in day-to-day operations including coverage for other pharmacists.
• Assist in stock take and manage expiry/shortages.
• Maintain inventory records and keep stock tally.
• Keep wastage low per company guidelines.
• Receive stocks according to purchase orders.
• Store products following guidelines.
• Ensure product availability while optimizing costs within storage capacity.
• Train and induct new co-workers, provide coaching.
• Communicate new product promotions to customers.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with government regulations.
• Follow best pharmacy practices and maintain prescription and poison book records.
