Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages a plus.
• Retail pharmacy experience welcomed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations, customer service, sales, and staff development.
• Provide medication review, dispensing, health screening, counselling, and consultations.
• Manage outlet operations aligned with branding and business strategy.
• Promote product ranges and lead the outlet team to achieve KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, poisoning controls, and scheduled poison records.
