Job summary

Sunway Multicare Pharmacy in Mentakab is seeking a dynamic pharmacist leader to head daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales KPI, and developing staff. The role focuses on medication review, dispensing, health screening and patient counselling while aligning with brand strategy.

You will supervise outlet activities, promote product ranges, maintain safety and compliance, and deliver training to the team. Fresh graduates may join as PRP with training support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Pharmacy and registration with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication review, dispensing, health screening, consultation and counselling.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Lead outlet operations and align with branding and business strategy.
• Promote intensive range and category of products to fulfill customer needs.
• Lead the outlet staff to achieve sales KPI.
• Perform poison & inventory control and maintain proper recording.
• Provide internal and external training for continuous professional development.
• Stay up to date on market trends in medications, product knowledge and pharmacology findings.
• Participate in company promotional activities as required.
