Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a proactive Store Associate to support outlet operations. You will assist the Store Manager with daily tasks, handle cash, reports, promotions, and supervise staff while delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with customers.

The role involves promoting products, maintaining displays and cleanliness, and contributing to sales growth.

Qualifications

• Malaysian national or eligible to work in Malaysia.
• Able to work on shifts, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work for at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge with overall outlet operations.
• Handle all day-to-day tasks at store (cash handling, daily reports, promotions).
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up).
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Contribute to outlet sales achievement and sales growth.
• Maintain cash accuracy and proper records of operation.
• Actively promote stock or promotional mechanics to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in merchandising and cleanliness of the outlet.
