Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Sales Assistant to execute retail activities and support day-to-day operations at our outlets in Sabah. You will help achieve sales targets, assist in product display, wrapping gifts, and ensure a clean, inviting merchandise area.

This role requires flexible shifts, including weekends, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Candidate should possess PMR or SPM and be prepared for training.

Qualifications

PMR or SPM is required.
Experience in retail/outlet operations is preferred.
Ability to work in shifts, including public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Assist in product display, wrapping of gift items, and customer service.
Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean; maintain tidy merchandise and outlet housekeeping.
Handle ad hoc duties as required by immediate manager.
