Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable candidate to support daily retail outlet operations and help achieve sales targets. You will assist in product display, customer service, and general housekeeping while ensuring resources are used efficiently.

Candidate should be able to work shifts including public holidays and weekends, with PMR/SPM as a minimum qualification and a willingness to learn through training provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering quality customer service in a retail setting.
• Knowledge of basic retail operations and store housekeeping.
• Willingness to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
• Support in managing day-to-day operating of a retail outlet to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Assist in product display, customer service and ad hoc duties as needed by the manager.
• Ensure outlet housekeeping, merchandise area tidiness and cleanliness.
