Job summary

DKSH Group in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, is looking for a Crew Member Outlet Operations to support daily retail activities, drive sales targets, and ensure smooth store operations. The role involves maintaining outlet housekeeping, assisting in product display and wrapping gifts, handling customer service, and supporting management with ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities

Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Bake cookies and muffins.
Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the outlet.
Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy.
Assist in wrapping of gift items.
Assist in product display.
Assist in customer service.
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager.
