Job summary
DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a dedicated retail outlet assistant to drive sales and uphold store standards in Johor Bahru. You will execute retail/outlet sales activities to help achieve targets across assigned businesses and territories, while supporting day-to-day operations.
The role includes baking cookies, keeping the cookies bin full and clean, ensuring tidy merchandise areas, assisting in product display and customer service, and performing ad hoc duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations.
- Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
- Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Bakes cookies and muffins as part of duties.
Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
- Bake cookies and muffins.
- Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
- Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the outlet.
- Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy.
- Assist in wrapping of gift items.
- Assist in product display.
- Assist in customer service.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager.
