DKSH Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Crew Member Outlet Operations to support day-to-day retail outlet activities and customer service, ensuring efficient resource usage and tidy merchandise displays.

The role involves assisting in product presentation, wrapping gifts, and handling ad hoc duties while working shifts, holidays, and weekends. PMR or SPM is required, with training provided.

• Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations
• Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
• Customer service mindset and team cooperation

Responsibilities

• Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Assist in product display, wrapping of gift items, and customer service.
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager
