Job summary

You will participate in development plans to upgrade authority levels, while maintaining high standards of service quality for customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Process all Life change requests received as per stipulated requirements
• Process authorized Retail Operation and Adviser Remuneration transactions within the required benchmarks
• Ensure that timelines and objectives as agreed with superior for any assignments / projects are met or exceeded
• Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activities
• Attend & get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit / up skilled and personal development
• Performs other responsibilities periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements
• Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded
• Ensure that the quality, including presentation and accuracy of service provided, meet our customer and business partners' expectations
• Ensure that the productivity meet or exceed defined minimum performance standards
• Ensure that the tardiness meet the benchmark
