The key product areas include FX, OTC Derivatives, Bond, and collateral management.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage collateral operations, including margin call processing, dispute resolution, and portfolio investigation.* Perform daily position reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and conduct root cause analysis.* Investigate and resolve trade breaks, MTM, and P&L discrepancies raised by local business units.* Handle corporate actions, including coupon claims processing and follow-ups.* Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely closure of audit queries and implementation of corrective actions.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Front Office, Risk, Finance) and external counterparties to ensure smooth operations.**Requirement and Qualification: -*** Solid experience in Treasury or Investment Operations.* Strong understanding of front-to-back processes and trade lifecycle, preferably with exposure to derivatives products.* Demonstrated strong control mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps, prioritize issues, and mitigate operational risks.* Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.* A flexible team player with the ability to adapt quickly and collaborate across functions.* Experience in project management and driving process improvements is an advantage.*Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.**You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
