Job summary

Love, Bonito group in Malaysia seeks a Retail Operations Executive to support day-to-day store operations across our Malaysian network. You will coordinate administrative tasks, procurement, training, and store audits while working with HQ to deliver consistent retail standards.

The role offers exposure to global initiatives and promotions, with cross-functional collaboration across markets, focusing on process excellence and customer service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience in Customer Service or Retail Operations preferred.
• Degree in any field required.
• Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, numerate and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Administrative management support to Stores: organize Retail reports and documents to maintain sources of truth for Retail organisation.
• Coordinate procurement of monthly store supplies and all store events, including new openings.
• Source and manage vendor relations and oversee store facilities maintenance across locations.
• Conduct cashier and operational training for staff and ensure adherence to policies.
• Be the key operations liaison for all stores and ensure timely delivery of HQ information to retail teams.
• Conduct monthly store audits and coordinate with cross-functional teams on improvements.
