Job summary

Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd (Harvey Norman) is seeking a Retail Operations Executive - Purchasing (Bedding Department) to drive promotional campaigns, coordinate roadshows and align omnichannel activities between stores and online platforms.

You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce and store teams, manage price tickets and stock levels, and contribute to timely, accurate merchandising across Malaysia's bedding range.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and frontline retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotional strategies for bedding products.
• Plan and coordinate roadshow events and logistics.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce team to integrate online and brick-and-mortar operations.
• Create and update price tickets for bedding products.
• Manage stock and clear aging inventory.
• Perform other duties as required.
