Job summary

Harvey Norman Malaysia is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee day-to-day operations, inventory, merchandising and customer service across nationwide stores. You will recruit and develop staff, maintain high retail standards, and drive promotions and promotions execution to achieve sales budgets.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on management of store teams ensuring a superior customer experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, developing and retaining staff.
• Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards.
• Motivating staff.
• Dealing with enquiries and complaints.
• Serving customers.
• Effective store merchandising.
• Helping organise promotions.
• Managing deliveries from suppliers.
• Assisting Store Manager in his / her a daily basis work such as monitoring store operations and duty roster of staff.
• Handle and solving problem during the absenteeism of Store Manager.
