Job summary

Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd, operating as Harvey Norman in the Computers & Communications department, seeks a Product Manager to oversee procurement and product development. You will manage end-to-end procurement, develop merchandising and sales plans, and work with marketing to craft promotions that boost sales and ROI.

You will analyze market trends and ensure optimal inventory levels across online, offline, and corporate channels while handling ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Capable to work well as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.
• Good communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities.
• Develop and execute merchandising plan, product range plan, and sales plan across outlets and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotions to maximize sales and ROI.
• Ensure right products and inventory levels to support operations and meet monthly inventory targets.
• Conduct business trend, market opportunity and competition analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
