Job summary

Harvey Norman Malaysia is hiring an eCommerce Assistant to process delivery orders, prepare shipments, and provide frontline customer support for online orders. You will coordinate with store teams, warehouse, and third-party logistcs to meet standard delivery timelines.

Candidates should have minimal SPM or related experience, strong communication skills, and careful attention to detail. Weekend shifts and public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or at least one year experience in customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with external customers and co-workers.
• Meticulous and strong attention to details.
• Prior experience with SAP is ideal but not required.
• Experience handling on-line invoices and E-Logistics preferred.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays on rotating shifts (5 working days in a week with 2 off days).
