Job summary

Elitetrax Marketing Sdn Bhd (Harvey Norman) is hiring an eCommerce Executive in Kuala Lumpur to plan and execute campaigns, drive paid media performance, and support ecommerce operations. You will manage media agency relations, generate insights from reports, and track KPIs daily.

The role demands a marketing or business degree, experience with eCommerce systems and SAP is a plus, and strong Excel and analytics skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
• Experience with enterprise eCommerce solutions and SAP ideal but not required.
• Genuine passion in marketing, ecommerce and creative thinking skills are highly valued.
• A good team player with collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytical skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Analytics and/or other digital analytics platforms is a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive performance marketing through paid media campaigns with appointed media agency.
• Maintain relationships with media partners to ensure collaboration in media activities.
• Lead resource for generating performance reports and insights to support ecommerce manager.
• Lead execution of demand generation programs and drive performance through paid media campaigns.
• Work with ecommerce operations to ensure a seamless fulfilment process.
• Support the team in financial administrative matters and orders fulfillment when needed.
• Track daily performance metrics against KPIs.
