Job summary

Bake With Yen is a leading Malaysian baking ingredients retailer and supplier with 89 stores nationwide. We are seeking a Retail Operations Executive to manage orders, invoicing, credit control, and daily store operations across branches, warehouses, and logistics networks.

You will liaise with branches, logistics and Finance, prepare reports, maintain customer records and pricing, and support the Retail Operations team to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, Sales Orders, invoices, Delivery Orders, and other related documents accurately and according to company procedures.
• Manage and maintain good relationships with credit customers to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with branches, warehouse, logistics, and the Finance Department to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor customers' credit limits and outstanding balances, and work with the Finance Department on payment status.
• Follow up with customers on payment-related matters.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and within the required timeline.
• Ensure customer information, details and pricing are updated and maintained accurately
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the retail operations team.
• Ensure all customer records and related documents are properly maintained and filed.
• Be ready to assist at the stores whenever required
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
• Liaise effectively with government agencies and other departments when required.
