Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) invites applications for a Shop Assistant (Full Time) at KK SUPER MART Residensi Bandar Razak. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, manage stock, and maintain attractive product displays to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

We seek candidates with 1–3 years retail experience, good communication, and a proactive attitude. Bachelor’s degree is an advantage; willingness to work flexible shifts and possess own transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Possess own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and ensure everything is well organized.
• Receive and check incoming goods and ensure merchandise is recorded correctly.
• Arrange and replenish products on shelves and maintain proper product displays.
• Assist with stock checks, inventory handling, and return of goods.
• Keep the store clean, neat, safe, and customer-ready.
• Operate the POS system, equipment, and machinery according to company guidelines.
• Take responsibility for the proper care of store equipment and company assets.
• Attend to customers professionally and assist with their needs.
• Support the team during promotions, stock counts, peak hours, and other store activities.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and report issues to the relevant person in charge.
• Help maintain the professional image and service standards of KK Supermart.
