Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time) to support daily store operations at KK Super Mart Dang Wangi. The role involves inventory control, merchandise handling, and delivering courteous customer service in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate has SPM/ Diploma with 1–3 years of retail experience, and may possess a Bachelor’s degree. The position requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with transportation to the store.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (1–3 years), supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, as well as perform all tasks related to inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines available in the store in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure the safety and proper care of the store's property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergency situations appropriately and report them to the relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold and maintain the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
