Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing/Retail Operations Executive to support sales performance, maintain stock levels, and coordinate marketing for new shop openings in Malaysia.

The role involves liaising between retail outlets and HQ, travelling as needed, and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking suppliers. Fresh graduates are welcome; own transport is preferred to enable travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Retail experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to cope with stress and changes.

• Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and handle delivery issues.
• Build rapport with the retail merchandisers.

• Capable of working as a part of the team and take initiative to schedule marketing activities.
• Responsible for new staff recruitment for a new shop opening.
• Act as a middle person for all communication in between retail operation and HQ.
• To execute and develop marketing plans and strategies.
