Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Planning & Development Executive to coordinate planning, implement SOPs, and support reporting across departments. The role requires bilingual (Mandarin, English, Malay) communication and strong MS Office skills to prepare performance reports.

You will collaborate with designers, contractors and vendors, review store layouts in AutoCAD, and help optimize renovation costs while ensuring timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in retail field.
• Languages: Mandarin, English, Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for client communication.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general communication.
• Personal Mastery skills such as confidentiality, multitasking, and related traits.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Implementation: develop clear memorandums and SOPs; improve plans for productivity.
• Reporting: prepare reports using Excel; collect data from MicroStrategy and other departments.
• Monitor performance data (sales, quantity, GP) to track productivity; coordinate project development and ensure participation.
• Work with interior designers, contractors and vendors; review outlet floor plans in AutoCAD for compliance.
• Maintain cost-efficiency in renovation matters; track progress and inform stakeholders.

Retail Planning & Development (RPD) Executive

Performs diversified coordinator duties and provides general administrative and operations support ensuring company is organized efficiently and effectively. Provides & compiles necessary updates and reports to relevant parties. Act as the bridge of communication between headquarters to internal and external parties. Liaises and follow-up with all level and key person to achieve effective communication

Job Responsibilities:

Planning and Implementation

Construct clear memorandum & right operating procedure for the company

Review and improve company’s effectiveness through developing new plans or enhancing existing plans for optimized productivity

Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output

Reporting

Prepare reports to related parties mainly with Microsoft Excel

Collecting data and reports from Microstrategy server and other relevant departments.

Conduct performance data that includes sales, quantity and GP to monitor overall productivity and effectiveness.

Coordinate the development of projects and ensure all necessary parties to contribute to the success of the projects.

Work with interior designer, contractors and vendors.

Examine outlet floor plan (AutoCAD) to ensure authority compliance and standardization

Maintain a healthy costing in regards to renovation matters

Tracking the work progress, identify risk and resolve issues. Ensure the progress is within timeline.

Track and inform of renovation progress to internal and external parties

Other responsibilities Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or equivalent.

Experience: 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in retail field.

Language: Mandarin, English, Malay. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
