Job summary

Succeo Retail is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring smooth service and timely fulfillment of requests across all stores.

You will monitor visual merchandising compliance, lead and train staff, and support sales and marketing efforts to drive outlet growth. The role requires flexible retail hours, travel to stores, and a six-day work week.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree qualification.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in retail management is required for this position.
• Passion in retail industry and willing to work retail hours.

• Responsible for the fulfillment of all operational supports requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient running of outlets daily operation.
