Job summary

Vgo Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Merchandise Admin to support retail operations through stock management, inventory coordination, and sales performance monitoring across multiple outlets.

The role involves monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock transfers, managing replenishment and returns, and maintaining accurate stock records to drive informed promotions and sales analysis.

Qualifications

• Diploma / SPM with relevant experience in retail, admin, or inventory.
• Comfortable using Excel and handling data entry work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across retail outlets and ensure optimal inventory availability
• Coordinate and arrange stock transfers between outlets based on demand
• Manage stock replenishment and stock return processes for retail stores
• Update and maintain accurate stock records in the system
• Analyze product sales performance and support promotion planning based on stock and sales trends
