Job summary

Ban Hin Bee is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our Penang outlet. You will lead and develop a team, manage inventory, and drive sales through effective merchandising and customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in retail management, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to coaching staff. This full-time role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays at a busy store.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant retail management experience.
