is seeking a proactive department leader to oversee and drive sales, profit and growth targets across a defined unit. You will manage day-to-day operations and improve performance in sales, cost control, customer service and staff development, while ensuring housekeeping, safety and compliance. The role involves shift work across outlets/divisions, with opportunities to mentor teams in English/Malay/Chinese/Revision/Stationery/Multimedia/CD Rama categories.

Qualifications

• Diploma or tertiary education in any discipline is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
• Interest and passion for working in retail.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage department activities to achieve sales, profit and growth.
• Carry out day-to-day operations and improve department performance in sales, cost, service and staff development.
• Ensure housekeeping, health & safety standards are always maintained.
• Work under designated department as assigned by Management.

Job Responsibility

• To ensure housekeeping / cleanliness / health & safety measurement of outlet or department is safeguarded at all time.
• You will be assigned under department (English / Malay / Chinese / Revision / Stationery / Multimedia / CD Rama) as designated by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or tertiary education in any discipline.
• 1 - 2 years relevant working experience.
• Possess good leadership and management skills.
• Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry.
• Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as trainee.
