As a Retail Management Trainee (RMT), you will play a key role in daily store operations, learning the fundamentals of sales, service, and leadership. While retail will remain your primary responsibility, you will also take on secondary assignments in other key business functions — such as Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, or Business Development — based on your interests and development goals.

Retail Core Responsibilities
Support Store Managers in achieving sales targets and profitability goals.
Deliver excellent face-to-face customer service and maintain high store standards.
Execute promotions and merchandising displays to drive sales.
Handle cashiering, stock control, and daily operational routines.
Uphold safety, housekeeping, and operational compliance standards.
Secondary Functional Exposure (Concurrent Assignments)Alongside your retail duties, you’ll participate in projects or learning attachments in:
Operations: Assist with store process improvements, logistics coordination, or reporting.
Marketing: Support campaign planning, social media activities, or event coordination.
Human Resources: Contribute to recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Finance: Learn about budgeting, sales reporting, and basic financial analysis for retail operations.
Business Development: Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and exploring new store opportunities.
These secondary exposures allow you to understand how different departments contribute to the company’s growth — all while gaining practical retail management experience.
Degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, HR, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
