Job summary

Stryv is seeking a customer-centric sales assistant to support store operations and drive sales in Penang Gurney Plaza. You will learn how to engage customers, demonstrate products, and work with the store/retail managers to meet sales targets.

Candidates should have retail experience or fresh graduates with strong communication skills and fluency in English plus a local language. Retail hours include weekends and nights, with commission and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SPM and above.
• Proven successful experience in retail sales.

Stryv is looking for a customer-centric sales assistant to support the store operations and sales in Penang Gurney Plaza. The successful candidate will work closely with the store manager and retail manager to learn how to engage, demonstrate our products and sell the products. Job scopes include opening/closing stores, support in stock taking. Candidates will have the most success if they have some background in retail sales experience and are willing to work hard in retail hours to deliver sales target

Requirements and skills

Off in lieu given for work on Public Holidays

OT pay if staff is required to work above the 45 hours (Daily 9 hours) planned weekly.
