Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leasing experience (shopping mall/commercial property).
• Independent with strong self-initiative and a sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational and analytical thinking; can work with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Fluent in Mandarin; able to engage Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for tenant meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing Manager in planning and implementing tenancy mix for the retail mall.
• Source new tenants with strong retail concepts aligned to the mall’s tenant mix.
• Handle leasing enquiries and recommend suitable retail spaces to prospects.
• Negotiate leases, finalize terms, and ensure compliance with lease conditions.
• Conduct market research on retail trends to stay competitive.
• Coordinate with internal teams on rental collections, fit-out, operations, and tenant performance.
• Prepare and collate proposals, reports, and related documents.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
