Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage key accounts at promotional kiosks across mall sites in Malaysia. You will liaise with mall management, APOLLO, Always, and kiosk teams to plan and execute short- and medium-term promotional activities, ensuring KPIs and SOPs are met on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with mall management for approvals and smooth operations.
• Be the main contact between APOLLO, Always and kiosk teams.
• Plan and execute short- and medium-term promotional plans.
• Ensure KPIs and SOPs are met on-site.
• Coordinate between logistics, operations and marketing for deployment.
• Track daily performance and prepare weekly reports and reconciliations.
• Identify challenges and growth opportunities.
• Maintain commercial tracking and SOP compliance.
• Resolve escalations and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Bridge kiosks and the business to keep partnerships thriving.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ongoing liaison with mall management for any approvals, permits, and smooth operations
• Act as the main point of contact between APOLLO, Always and Kiosk execution teams
• Planning & execution of short & medium-term promotional plans
• Ensure all APLOLLO expectations and KPIs are met on-site
• Ensure execution of SOPs
• Coordinate between logistics, operations, and marketing teams for smooth deployment
• Track daily performance, stocks management, banking overview, prepare weekly reports and reconciliations
• Identify challenges & growth opportunities
• Responsibility to ensure commercial tracking & SOP compliances
• Resolve escalations, manage expectations, and fine-tune operations based on feedback
• The bridge between the kiosks and the business. Keeps partnerships breathing and and thriving

Academic Qualification(s):

• Candidates must possess at least (Diploma or Degree)
