Job summary

Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable coordinator to manage key account liaison with mall management, APOLLO, Always and kiosk teams, and oversee promotional plan execution on-site.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track performance, and ensure SOPs and commercial tracking; a Diploma or Degree is required with strong communication and analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required.
• Experience in key account coordination or commercial knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing liaison with mall management for approvals, permits and smooth operations.
• Act as the main point of contact between APOLLO, Always and kiosk execution teams.
• Plan and execute short and medium-term promotional plans.
• Ensure all APOLLO expectations and KPIs are met on-site.
• Ensure execution of SOPs.
• Coordinate between logistics, operations and marketing for smooth deployment.
• Track daily performance, stocks management, banking overview, prepare weekly reports.
• Identify challenges and growth opportunities.
• Maintain commercial tracking and SOP compliance.
• Bridge between the kiosks and the business; keep partnerships healthy and thriving.
