Cherita is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and responsible individuals to join the team as Retail Promoters at the kiosk in 118 Mall. The role involves interacting with customers, promoting products, and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Position: Retail Promoter

Working Hours: Flexible rotating 7-hour shift per day

Start Date: 1st December 2026

Work Schedule: Scheduled according to roster

Key responsibilities

Approach and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Offer product samples to encourage customer interest and purchases

Introduce and explain product features, information and recommendations

Assist customers with their purchasing decisions

Manage daily inventory and ensure stock availability

Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and overall appearance of the kiosk

Work towards achieving daily sales targets

Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports

About you

Able to communicate confidently in both English and Bahasa Melayu

Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with customers

Responsible, punctual and committed to the assigned working schedule

Sales-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates and those without experience are welcome to apply
