Qualifikationen

• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of FMCG retail or key account management experience, preferably in modern trade or food categories.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage key retail accounts and lead negotiations with category buyers on listings, promotions, and category growth.
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans and joint business reviews (JBP).
• Track and analyze sales performance by account, category, and SKU level.
• Ensure in-store execution, visibility, and planogram compliance with internal teams and buyers.
• Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure stock, replenishment, and orders are fulfilled.
• Identify growth opportunities, NPD listings, and promotional campaigns aligned with retailer strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market dynamics; provide actionable insights to management.
• Plan promotional spend and ensure ROI with the Marketing team.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and initiatives.
