De Luxe Circle Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd is seeking an MIS Executive to join its MIS team on a full-time basis. You will manage the company’s information systems, ensuring smooth operation of CCTV, POS, AutoCount, PANDA and other IT equipment across outlets in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities include ongoing system maintenance, user training, remote support, project tracking, and collaboration with the MIS Manager to implement IT solutions. Travel between outlets is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of end-user support, network troubleshooting, and server administration.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent working experience.
Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.

Responsibilities

Maintain CCTV, alarm, AutoCount, PANDA, email, firewall, Active Directory, PABX, POS systems, and other IT equipments.
Conduct monthly inspections of IT equipment at all outlets to ensure proper operation.
Troubleshoot issues, take corrective actions, and report to the MIS Manager.
Provide user training and technical support when required.
Meet with users to understand requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Support outlet activities such as stock take and sales operations.
Monitor assigned projects and tasks to ensure timely completion.
Provide remote POS system support during weekends and public holidays when necessary.
Update and follow up on the System Support Request Log to ensure all requests are resolved promptly.

As the MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's information systems and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing retail environment.

What you'll be doing
