Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to manage inventory, assist customers, and maintain store standards. The role requires leadership in supervising staff and delivering courteous service, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have SPM or Diploma, with a bachelor’s degree as a plus. Experience in POS systems and basic computer use is preferred. Transportation is an advantage for commuting to Langkap store.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect and return goods as part of inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in store premises.
• Operate equipment and machines per company procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel when necessary.
• Uphold KK Supermart's image and reputation at all times.
