Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) is seeking a supervisory-level candidate to manage daily store operations, inventory handling, and customer service. You will ensure accurate receiving, recording and returns, while maintaining clean premises and safe, efficient use of equipment.

The role requires 1–3 years retail experience with supervision preferred; SPM or Diploma is expected, with a Bachelor’s degree as an advantage. Candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience (minimum 1–3 years), with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods; manage inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Operate store equipment per procedures and ensure safety of store assets.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service and report emergencies as needed.
• Uphold KK Group of Companies (Retail) image and reputation at all times.
