Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to own HR operations across 10 retail outlets. This hands-on role covers recruitment, employee relations, payroll and attendance, compliance, engagement and retention, and works closely with Store Managers to support workforce needs.

You will lead mass recruitment for frontline roles, manage attendance and payroll-related matters, ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act, handle grievances, and drive engagement and

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years HR experience, preferably in retail/high-volume operations.
• Strong recruitment and frontline workforce management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR operations and employee relations across 10 retail outlets.
• Lead mass recruitment and onboarding for frontline store roles.
• Manage attendance, overtime, public holiday claims and payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and HR policies.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters and employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to drive engagement and retention.
• Conduct regular branch visits and provide hands-on HR support.
