Job summary
Coway Malaysia is seeking a Retail Manager to lead nationwide store operations, drive profitable performance, and ensure a premium in-store experience. You will oversee multi-store performance, budgeting, P&L oversight, and KPI-driven strategies while developing Store Managers and retail teams.
The role partners with Marketing to execute campaigns and strengthen the Coway brand across Malaysia. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of retail management, strong operations and project management
Qualifications

- Expertise in retail operations, SOPs, and performance management.
- Skilled in sales analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination.

The Retail Manager leads Coway’s retail operations and drives new store expansion across Malaysia. This role ensures every store operates efficiently, delivers strong sales results, and upholds Coway’spremium, youthful, and innovative brand identity. The manager oversees store performance, customer experience, team development, and end-to-end store setup.
Lead and optimize daily retail operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-performing stores.
Manage overall store profitability through effective budgeting, P&L oversight, and KPI-driven strategies.
Monitor sales performance and operational standards to deliver consistent results across all outlets.
Oversee new store development from site sourcing and leasing to design, build, and launch execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality to achieve expansion targets and strengthen Coway’s retail presence nationwide.
Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and retail teams to build a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
Drive employee engagement, capability development, and manpower efficiency to support operational excellence.
Uphold Coway’s premium, customer-first experience through consistent service, visual presentation, and in-store engagement.
Collaborate with Marketing to execute impactful retail campaigns and continuously enhance the in-store journey.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ retail management experience, preferably multi-store.
- Expertise in retail operations, SOPs, and performance management.
- Skilled in sales analysis, project management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Background in lifestyle, premium, consumer electronics, or home appliance retail is an advantage.
