Responsibilities

• Store Operations Management: supervise and support daily operations of outlets.
• Sales & Performance: drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets; analyze sales reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Team Leadership: recruit, train, and manage store staff; motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Customer Experience: ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; handle feedback and resolve issues.
• Inventory & Stock Control: oversee inventory management and stock replenishment; minimize stock loss and maintain accurate records.
• Reporting & Communication: prepare regular reports for management and coordinate between store and headquarters.
