Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to oversee building maintenance, safety, and cost controls across multiple stores. The role requires hands-on coordination with landlords, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely responses and compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma, has 2–5 years in facility maintenance for retail, and can travel frequently with their own transport. EPF/SOCSO/EIS benefits plus medical coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Certified Chargeman is required.
• 2–5 years experience in Facility & Maintenance for retail industry.
• Diploma holder required.
• Willingness to travel frequently and possess own transport with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for building repairs and maintenance.
• Manage building management costs.
• Obtain quotes and contractors for timely maintenance of stores.
• On-call support for stores during weekends and public holidays.
• Support team members in Department when absent or on leave.
• Coordinate with landlord for actions and responses.
• Ensure tasks are completed by deadlines.
• Monitor building safety & health.
• Ensure Alarm & CCTV are functional.
• Maintain valid fire certificate, PMA lift & escalator license, and fire extinguisher license.
