Job summary

Padini invites a Retail Executive for its Padini Concept Store Mid Valley in Kuala Lumpur to support daily operations, supervise staff service and discipline, and ensure store upkeep.

You will compile sales data, assist in training promoters, and demonstrate strong leadership and commitment while working shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Retail Management or related field.
• 2–3 years fashion retail experience.
• Pleasant, independent, self-motivated.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

RETAIL EXECUTIVE - PADINI CONCEPT STORE MID VALLEY

Assist in operations issues and monitoring of staffs' customer service and discipline;

Ensure upkeep of store/outlet, attend to staffs' welfare and resolve customers' enquiries/complaints;

Compile and maintain sales collection, generate sales reports;

Coordinate training activities and coach promoters when needed;

Possess good people handling skills with good sense of responsibility and commitment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or any relevant field;
• With at least 2/3 years of working experience in fashion retail environment;
• Pleasant personality, independent and self-motivated;
• Possess good leadership skills;
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays and long hours;
• Computer Literate.
